Products & Product Information

• Product packaging, labels, colours, accessories, or minor design details may occasionally vary from the images shown where manufacturers or suppliers update them.

• Images may include props or other items for presentation purposes that are not included with the product. The product description should be checked for included contents.

Where a material product feature or specification differs from what was ordered, our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy will apply.

Toy Lane reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing, typographical, or other errors; and

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, Toy Lane may contact the customer to confirm the corrected order or cancel the affected item/order and refund any amount already paid for it.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee its acceptance by Toy Lane.

All orders are subject to product availability, pricing verification, payment or order verification where applicable, and acceptance by Toy Lane.

Toy Lane may require full or partial advance payment before confirming or accepting an order, including where the order value exceeds PKR 4,999, where the order qualifies for free shipping, or where additional verification is reasonably required.

Where advance payment is required, the order will only be confirmed and processed once the required payment has been received and verified.

Toy Lane reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability;

• Incorrect pricing or listing information;

• Suspected fraud or misuse;

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information;

• Failed order verification; or

• Circumstances preventing us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including their name, contact information, delivery address, and payment information where applicable.

Toy Lane is not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Payments

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Toy Lane may use third-party payment providers to process payments. The availability and processing of certain payment methods may therefore also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and systems.

Cash on Delivery & Order Verification

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be subject to confirmation or verification before dispatch.

Toy Lane reserves the right to contact customers through the contact details provided with their order for verification purposes.

Toy Lane may require advance payment before confirming or dispatching a COD order, including where the order value exceeds PKR 4,999, where the order qualifies for free shipping, or where additional order verification is reasonably required.

If the required advance payment is not received, Toy Lane may hold or cancel the order.

Orders that cannot reasonably be verified may be held or cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

Toy Lane will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe communicated to the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, operational disruptions, or other circumstances outside Toy Lane's reasonable control.

Toy Lane does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, defective-product claims, and related requests are governed by Toy Lane's Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

That policy forms part of these Terms and should be reviewed before placing an order.

Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any age recommendations, safety warnings, assembly instructions, operating instructions, supervision requirements, and other guidance supplied with a product.

Children should use products under appropriate adult supervision where required.

Products must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions and warnings.

Toy Lane is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, failure to follow supplied instructions or warnings, or use contrary to the product's intended purpose, subject to applicable law.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, sales, vouchers, and discount codes may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions, or other conditions communicated with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined.

Toy Lane reserves the right to cancel or refuse a promotion or discount where it has expired, been used contrary to its stated conditions, or resulted from an obvious technical or pricing error.
